Pioneer Park’s Phase I is a 37,000- square-foot facility currently equipped with 2 MW of power and expanding to 6 MW by end of December 2024 with N+1 system redundancies. Phase II will start in 2025 and include a 550,000-square-foot facility with 150 MW of power, perfectly suited for high density AI and HPC applications, ensuring the scalability and high computing capacity required for today’s growing data needs.
